Seniors' Community Services is the host location for this clinic. Registration is required by calling the Heart Institute directly at 613-696-7000 x19172 or by email at cvhd-msp@ottawaheart.ca
Clients will be asked to complete screening questions and be over the age of 65.
You do not have to be a client of SCS to access this clinic.
