On February 11th, 2025, Seniors Community Services (SCS) hosted a delightful "Spring High Tea" event in our dining room, welcoming 13 attendees. The ambiance was set with yellow tablecloths, fresh flowers, and elegant three-tiered dessert and vegetable trays. Guests savored a selection of teas, including Earl Grey, morning blend, and two special herbal infusions.
The highlight of the afternoon was a presentation by Rebecca Graves, a Registered Herbalist and founder of Dancing Willow Wellness. Rebecca shared her expertise on "Herbal Teas for the Winter," demonstrating preparation methods, discussing the benefits of various herbs and spices, and offering samples for everyone to enjoy.
